The Firedrill software is provided free of charge and as is, with absolutely no warranty or guarantee as to fitness for purpose either expressed or implied.
The end user of the Firedrill software is reminded that the use of Firedrill may be against the IT policy at their current site and should therefore check that they have the necessary permission to use it. The owners and operators of Firedrill cannot be liable for any problems the end user encounters from failing to obtain such permission.
Terms & Conditions
The end user of both the Firedrill software and servers accepts full responsibility for all their actions while using said software or servers. The end user further agrees not to engage any any illegal or antisocial activities while using the Firedrill software or servers.
The end user of both the Firedrill software and servers accepts any restrictions on the level of service (both current and future) the Firedrill operators decide to implement. Currently the only restriction in place is a ban on tunneling SMTP traffic (port 25) due to potential for abuse by spammers, however other restrictions may be imposed without notice if deemed necessary.
The operators of the Firedrill servers reserve the right to cancel any account at any time without notice for whatever reason they see fit. The user of a cancelled account may be entitled to a pro-rata refund based on the original signup cost and the length of subscription time remaining, depending on the reason for the account cancellation.
